RESEARCH IT

MT7 has opened its gates to universities, nonprofit initiatives, state agencies, professional societies and others to help better understand natural resources and promote best land management practices. 

Current and past research projects include: Rio Grande turkey biology, wintering waterfowl use of farm ponds, Texas winter grass conversion to native pastures and bobwhite quail movement and restoration practices.
